For the Supply Only of Central Heating Equipment

All prices quoted on the web site are inclusive of VAT at 15%.

Delivery & Title
1. The time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and failure by Intelihome (UK) Limited or its appointed agents to make delivery on any date or time stated for delivery shall not entitle the purchaser to terminate the agreement or refuse the delivery and Intelihome (UK) Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from any delay in delivery however so arising.

2. From the date of delivery to the Buyer the goods shall be at the risk of the Buyer who shall be solely responsible for their custody and maintenance but unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing the goods shall remain the property of Intelihome (UK) Limited. until all payments under the Contract have been made in full and unconditionally and credited to Intelihome (UK) Limited's account. Whilst the ownership of Intelihome (UK) Limited continues the Buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable from all other goods in its possession as baillee of Intelihome (UK) Limited.

3. In the event of failure to pay the price in accordance with the Contract, Intelihome (UK) Limited. shall have the right to re-sell the goods such right being additional to (and not in substitution for) any other right of sale arising by operation of law or implications or otherwise and for such purpose Intelihome (UK) Limited. and its servants and agents may forthwith enter upon any premises or land occupied or owned by the Buyer to remove the goods.

The System Guarantee
1. Please note that the equipment supplied will have a manufacturer's guarantee attached. Intelihome (UK) Limited will accept no liability whatsoever for any and all subsequent installation issues.

2. These guarantees apply only where the equipment is supplied by Intelihome (UK) Limited or their approved agent operating on behalf of Intelihome (UK) Limited. providing the account has been paid in full.
